Job Overview:Carry out business activities and institutional mandates in the form of financing, guarantees, consulting services, and insurance within the scope of the area under management as an effort to achieve business and implement institution’s mandate.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare business strategy proposals, work plans, and budgets for branch offices that are managed and implement policies.
• Prepare proposals for target markets and (prospective) customers who are feasible in the branch office area that is managed to obtain product and/or service facilities offered by LPEI.
• Develop a proposed marketing strategy that will be implemented as an effort to achieve the business targets of the branch office network.
• Maintain and establish relationships with provincial/city/regional governments, business actors, institutions, ministries and institutions, customers, and other external parties in order to achieve performance targets
• Carry out coordination between work units in an effort to meet customer needs and achieve branch office network performance targets, including but not limited to protocol activities, provision of information, marketing, promotion, and/or CSR activities.
• Analyze and carry out risk assessment of various aspects of SME, Corporate, Export Special Financing, Guarantee, and Insurance segmentation financing with related work units that are abusive to the limit of authority of financing decisions.
• Monitor the business activities of the financing debtor, guarantee, and insurance, fulfilling the obligations and requirements of the Debtor Financing, including taking preventive measures in the event of the occurrence of a decrease in the performance/business activity of the Debtor.
• Monitor the achievement of individual performance target.
• Carry out operational activities so that they run in accordance with the applicable .
• Carry out the fulfillment of follow-up audits.

Qualifications:

• Minimum graduate from any reputable university. Post-graduation will be and added advantage.
• At least 4 years of experience in banking and/or financial institutions.
• Very good analytical & conceptual thinking , interpersonal, and communication skills to work with the team and different stakeholders.
• Preferably graduated from Management Development Program (MDP) from reputable bank;
• Professional Qualification in risk management is preferred;
