On behalf of our client, a leading multinational company in the oil & gas industry, Dayalima Recruitment is looking for an experienced Relations & Communications Manager to be based on-site.

Main Accountabilities:

  1. Ensure that the overall activities of the Relations and Communication Department are executed as per the annual plan, budget, and schedule, and in accordance with corporate guidelines and business needs.

  2. Support the execution of Corporate Communication, CSR implementation, and External Relations overall plan and activities, ensure the annual target and objectives are met

  3. Represent the organization to liaise with high-level government and other institutional officials according to corporate guidelines to ensure that the company’s intended communication message is well understood.

  4. Manage, control and organize the preparation and implementation of corporate events, involving the Management Team of the company to ensure effective implementation of corporate events according to standard operating procedures and corporate guidelines.

  5. Provide feedback, input and support on the internal and external communication materials establishment and identify areas of improvement to ensure all materials are according to corporate guidelines

  6. Develop, propose and monitor the implementation of the annual plan and budget in the respective working unit to ensure the budget is utilized effectively and efficiently in compliance with the approved budget.

Job Qualification:

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

  2. Minimum 15 years of experience in social management position, in which 8 years in a leadership positions, preferably from Oil & Gas Industry

  3. Ability to analyze social and security issues and capable of problem-solving

  4. Possess a “can-do attitude – ability to overcome obstacles

  5. Exercise a good example in terms of “do what you say” and “finish what you start.”

  6. Ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds

  7. Understanding of the political landscape, economic, security and social issues in Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi, and Indonesia

  8. Open to candid feedback, new perspectives, continuous learning and development •

  9. Excellent communication and presentation skills
