    Responsibilities*

Jobholder have responsibilities on:

  • Prepare and submit report to Regulator on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually
  • Prepare and submit ad hoc report to Regulator
  • Involve in the implementation of new reporting activities, both from internal Bank and from Regulator
  • Involve in the automation project, development or enhancement related to Regulatory Reporting.

Strategy*

  • Awareness and understanding of the Local Reporting Regulation and its impact to Bank reporting requirement

Business*

  • Understanding on the business of the Bank and how to interpret the business activities related to the regulatory reporting requirement.

Processes*

  • Responsible on the timeline submission to Regulator with reliable data quality.

People & Talent*

  • Play role as team player, together with all stake holders both internal and external parties.

Risk Management*

  • Jobholder expected to have a good understanding of the business dynamics, changes in the regulations, the limit and thresholds and be proactive in escalating any anomalies and potential breach/violations.

Governance*

  • Responsibilities related to report submission to Regulator on timely manner with acceptable data quality.  

Regulatory & Business Conduct*

  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
