Segera dibutuhkan!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Regulatory Reporting di kantor PT Moladin Digital Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kami inginkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Perbankan / Jasa Finansial serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Kami memberikan syarat yang kami inginkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Menurut dari peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini berikan cukup lumayan menurut dari skill karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Tapi itu semua dapat berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the report production with accurate and timely submission of local regulatory reporting and country submission especially in term of accuracy, data quality and compliance.
  • Familiar with OJK reporting format and system (SILARAS/SIJINGGA,SIRIBAS,SIPP and SLIK) and optimize automation from existing system / automation tools.
  • Keep abreast with the recent regulatory changes/development, analyze the impact and implement the changes that will require working closely with Compliance, Data and Risk team.
  • Prepare data for any inquiries from the regulators and other stakeholders including internal audit, external audit and regulatory audit.
  • Develop KRI and OKR Report and produce regularly for tracker and monitoring control of risk management.
  • Consolidating integrated risk management reporting to OJK and identify for any data error or unreconcile items between report and data.
  • Working closely with Finance, Collection and Data team to calculate loss reserves as per regulatory standard (PSAK/IFRS) and ensure its adequacy to cover expected losses.
  • Managing compliance risk by implementing standards and submitting risk-related reports to regulators.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree from top local or overseas universities with an excellent GPA. A postgraduate or MBA degree and consulting experience is a plus.
  • Having experience in lending business of financial institution with minimum 3 years, with minimum 2 years experience in regulatory report.
  • Proficiency in SQL/SAS/Programming language and advanced Microsoft Excell skills too.
  • Have sound knowledge in credit risk principles and credit loss concept and best practice applied to lending business.
  • Strong commitment with deliverables dateline of reporting timeline.
  • Care about doing an excellent job and exceeding expectations with the quality of what you do in fast paced environment.
  • Solid oral and written communication skills (both English and Indonesian) and able to communicate every policies and analysis to varied audiences.
