Currently, we are open a position to : Regulatory Officer

This role will be responsible to assist the company on managing product regulatory, which includes but not limited to BPOM (ML and MD) registration & updates, Halal registration and other product regulation which relevant to our products.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Ensure that all company products comply with applicable regulations and standards for Indonesia market. 
• Prepare and create all documents required for Halal and BPOM (MD and ML) applications.
• Responsible for reviewing product labels, promotional materials, and other relevant documents to ensure compliance with BPOM regulatory requirements. 
• Have experience in managing permits (BPOM, LPPOM, BPJPH, Halal, etc).
• Ensure timely product registration (new, extension and variation) and handle all regulatory issues with relevant government bodies or external agencies.
• Update information about regulation and product registration. 
• Compile and submit periodic reports and other required documents to regulators. 
• Analyze the impact of regulatory changes on the company’s operations and products. 
• Gather, review, and prepare documents for submission to regulatory authorities. 
• Preparing registration document for submission to BPOM and Halal.
• Develop product and packaging based on BPOM and Halal regulations. 
• Assisting brand team of product development process and correspondence with foreign partner for import finished goods until the product launch. 
• Conceptualize and implement business plan including market analysis and forecast. 
• Work closely with Import team to ensure all documents are in compliance with BPOM and Halal.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree from accredited technical school or college.
• Min 2 years working experience as part of regulatory or product development.
• Possess proficient technical knowledge for Beverage and Dairy product.
• Have strong exposure in managing product registration to BPOM and Halal.
• Ability to analyze product specification based on BPOM and Halal requirement.
• Interpersonal communication skill, proficient presentation skill. Proficiency in English will be preferred.
• Attention to details and ability to communicate to multiple stakeholders, including international stakeholders.
