Due to their expansion and growth plan, they looking for someone senior who has experience in regulatory affairs who is able to speak English to be part of their team.
Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
– 15+ years in pharmaceuticals, including RA and Big Pharma experience.
– Extensive network within BPOM and Ministry of Health.
– Expertise in pharmaceutical product development, registration, and compliance.
– Successful record of regulatory approvals.
– Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
– Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, advanced degree a plus.
– Overall insights into chemical, biological, and cosmetic drugs.
Profile
[Experience and Knowledge]
– Has experience in Big Pharma( and local) in Indonesia and a total of 15 years or more of pharmaceutical experience (including RA experience)
– Extensive network and connections within BPOM and the Ministry of Health.
– Strong understanding of pharmaceutical product development, registration, and post-approval processes.
– Proven track record of successful regulatory approvals and compliance.
– Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare discipline; advanced degree is a plus.
– Possesses overall insights such as chemical drugs/biological drugs/cosmetics and can grow while coaching RA members in the team.

– Preferred experience in international scientific advisory committees.
– Knowledge of INDs, NDAs, and GMP in Indonesia.
– Strong problem-solving skills.
– Agility, resilience, and proactive team player.
– Cross-cultural awareness for global collaboration.

– Proficient in English with no issues in dispatched work to Korea.
