Client Details

Our client is a multinational healthcare giant that has been established for nearly 80 years, with nearly USD 900 million revenue in 2022. They specialize in aesthetics, cosmetics, and stem-cell research and use. They are searching for a Regulatory Affairs Junior Manager with experience in registering products to liaise with the relevant governmental bodies in Indonesia.

Description

• 5-7+ years in pharmaceuticals, including RA and Big Pharma experience.
• Extensive network within BPOM and Ministry of Health.
• Expertise in pharmaceutical product development, registration, and compliance.
• Successful record of regulatory approvals.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, advanced degree a plus.
• Overall insights into chemical, biological, and cosmetic drugs.

Profile

• Has experience in Big Pharma( and local) in Indonesia and a total of 5-7 years or more of pharmaceutical experience (including RA experience).
• Extensive network and connections within BPOM and the Ministry of Health.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical product development, registration, and post-approval processes.
• Proven track record of successful regulatory approvals and compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare discipline; advanced degree is a plus.
• Possesses overall insights such as chemical drugs/biological drugs/cosmetics and can grow while coaching RA members in the team.
