PT Kreasi Nusantara Sejati as a part of KNS Group has built its distribution presence across the entire Indonesian archipelago spanning national department stores such as Carrefour, Giant, Hypermart & Courts, Retail Outlets such as Sogo, Seibu, Metro, & Centro, E-Commerce such as Lazada, Blibli, Tokopedia & Shopee.

Job Description but not limited to: 

1. Studying scientific and legal documents to check they meet legal requirements.
2. Overseeing the planning, coordination, and management of regulatory documentation activities.
3. Registering products with the related regulatory departments – Badan POM (BPOM), Health Dept., etc. 
4. Liaising and negotiating with regulatory authorities, especially during audit and in other areas.
5. Examining, identifying, and interpreting relevant regulatory guidelines.
6. Analyzing and evaluating laws and regulations that apply to the process of determining the impact on company activities.
7. Compiling and overseeing the maintenance of regulatory documentation databases or systems.
8. Coordinating efforts that are related to the preparation of regulatory documents or submissions.
9. Developing and maintaining healthy communication with regulatory agencies regarding pre-submission strategies, compliance test requirements, potential regulatory pathways, or clarification, and follow-up on submissions still under review.
10. Maintaining familiarity with company product ranges.
11. Keeping up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines.

Job Specification:

1. A Bachelor/Master degree in Pharmacy.
2. Experienced in registering personal care, cosmetic, skincare, fragrance products with Badan POM (BPOM), preferably with imported products.
3. Experienced in registering consumer products with Badan POM (BPOM), preferably with imported products.
4. At least 5 year experience with regulatory functions, particularly with related Government agencies.
