This position responsible for the direction and management of all medical marketing activities in the assigned zone, direct the development of medical marketing plans, strategies, objectives, policies, and procedures that conform to corporate marketing objectives.

•    Exposure to Pharmaceutical/Nutrition industry
•    Mastery of sales forces development planning and techniques 
•    Outstanding track record of performance in field sales and field sales management
•    Successful experience working with and leading teams in complex, dynamic environment to deliver value added and results.

Grow SN Business in The Assigned Zone
•    Achieve /exceed the agreed business results and demand generation targets
•    Conduct analysis and review of the zone’s SN business performance in order to: Guide/direct the team in the development of actions plan; Identify opportunities and risks, and develop and execute contingency plans       to maximize Mead Johnson’s business potential
•    Provide support to the team in negotiations with medical institutions for rotation and brand visibility
•    Ensure that allocated resources are utilized optimally in accordance to the action plans and contingency plans in order to maximize the business potential of the zone – provide guidance to the team on focusing and         prioritizing business goals; Build and lead high-performance team by securing the best available talent, structuring development strategies that maximize individual growth and the development of future leaders in the       medical marketing organization
•    Drive superior sales and market share growth through the strategic use of scientific resources, competitive knowledge, superior selling skills in generating continuous endorsement of the medical professionals for FFI       products, strong business commitment that encouraging standards of excellence at every level in the medical marketing organization

Manage partnership with medical outlets 
•    Drive excellent customers focus by identifying, and meeting/exceeding internal (eg. Trade, Marketing, Distributor) and external (eg. HCP, Hospital, Medical Associations) customers’ expectations.
•    Develop strong integration with all internal customers at all level of operations and executions within the region
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and key decision makers – understand the key business drives which impact their decisions

Relationship managemet of local KOLs and Associations 
•    Build a network of key medical opinion leaders and key customers. Understands the key drivers that impact to their decision of clinical recommendations

Safeguard compliant business conduct
•    Monitor and evaluate government policy related to infant formula, in order to ensure a correct policy and action
•    Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all State and Local regulations, as well as Company regulations, policies and procedures

SN business partnership & oversight 
•    Anticipate market trends and makes necessary adjustments to business strategies, program and organizational structure to successfully adapts to changing market conditions
