Support the Trade Promotion Management system with the integrated Global SAP solution in Asia to ensure it is fully and consistently adopted as intended – including areas such as processes, workflows, security/roles, training, and documentation.

Be a custodian for the Global business processes supported by SAP and TPM to help drive consistency of adoption.

Gather and analyse proposed changes, whether to TPM or to SAP, in order to assess the impact and priority.

Help translate business requirements into functional specifications for agreed changes to ensure the TPM or SAP environment is updated correctly

Manage and co-ordinate the testing and training of changes and fixes, ensuring the quality of the changes and providing onsite support for any system fixes or changes

Provide local/regional business knowledge in relevant areas on industry practices and best practice learnings to help drive improvements in the solution

Support the development and governance of the change/release plan to ensure changes are timely and well-managed

Provide structured input and advice to governance bodies thereby ensuring that correct and joined up decisions are made

Lead the design, build, test, deployment and support of purely regional and local applications in the M2C area

Help monitor and report on the third party end of of local heritage systems or local external interfaces in the M2C area

Provide first-line support to Regional Super Users and help facilitate the Super User network

Requirement:

Educated to at least degree level in an IT-related field.

Excellent knowledge integrating TPM solutions with SAP ERP and BI, covering promotion and pricing management, contracts, accruals, deductions and settlements, POS data, Promo ROI and analytics, Base/lift, Promo/Non-promo, and generating a rolling revenue management financial plan aligned with Demand and Supply functions.

3+ years’ experience of implementing and supporting TPM systems (ideally integrated with SAP) within an FMCG international environment.

Experience of working in a matrix organisation.

Having a high level of system and business process knowledge of ERP system (SAP ECC) and Trade Management system (preferably Blueshift – ONESolution)

Experience of successfully working in cross functional teams

Experience of initiating and creating business process improvements through the use of IT

Ability to demonstrate planning and organizational skills

Ability to demonstrate creative problem solving
