As the HR Regional Coordinator based in Medan, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the entire spectrum of human resources functions in Sumatera, ensuring alignment with corporate HR policies and objectives. You will report directly to the Country HR team in Jakarta, providing regular updates and strategic insights to support the organization’s HR initiatives in the Sumatera region.

Description

• Collaborate with team managers to facilitate the recruitment, selection, and training of new field agents and district coordinators within the North Sumatra province, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
• Drive employee engagement and foster a work culture characterized by transparent expectations, clear accountabilities, and a strong emphasis on safety awareness.
• Reports to Country HR Lead to develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing daily operations, promoting operational excellence, and optimizing efficiency in field operations.
• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, working closely with team managers to ensure a smooth and structured transition for employees.
• Take an active role in promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational effectiveness in the field operations within the North Sumatra province, working in alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.

Profile

• Demonstrate 3-5 years of experience in HR management or administrative roles, showcasing proficiency in various HR functions.
• Exhibit proactive and self-organizational abilities, taking the initiative to work independently and efficiently.
• Foster a team-oriented approach while naturally building trust-based relationships within the organization.
• Oversee end-to-end HR responsibilities, including recruitment, organizational development, compensation and benefits, onboarding, and general affairs management.
• Possess fluent proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and a strong command of English, facilitating effective communication in a bilingual work environment.
