Region Head by segment Consumer and SME to be placed in the following city: MEDAN, JAKARTA, BANDUNG, SURABAYA and MAKASSAR

Responsibilities:

• This position is responsible for heading complete growth of Branches across the Region for their Sales Growth, Operations, Compliance, Profit & Loss Management, Credit & Loan Administration, Recovery, Non Performing Assets Management and Customer Service as well as leads the branch business development operations.
• Overall responsible for the Region operations including Sales, Customer handling, Team Management, Business Development, Cost Management and Revenue Generation of all the Branches under the Region.
• Cascade the targets received at Regional level to Branches.
• Responsible for Customer Service and Compliance for the entire region.
• Liasioning with top clients in Retail.
• Leading the team of Branch Managers and Managers at Regional office to ensure optimum productivity.
• Overseeing entire Retail Liability, Asset and Revenue Business including third party products.
• Meet sales & marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures and initiating corrective actions.
• Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting & developing annual sales, projecting expected sales volume & profit for existing / new products, analyzing trends & results, monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
• Facilitate customer oriented operations ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
• Ensure all the mandatory bank guidelines/practices are followed by Branches and Regional Office.
• To implement various cost cutting measures across the region and all its branches.
• To ensure proper maintenance of the branches in respect of the infrastructure, housekeeping, security systems including CCTV.
• To ensure adherence of approval timings by Branches and Region office under the Region Head.
• To ensure proper attendance of the internal and statutory auditors at Branches.
• To ensure periodical meetings of staff and Managers at Regional office and at Branches for business targets, drive.
• To ensure Customer Meets of various sections at all Branches at a specific periodicity (Quarterly).

Requirements:

• University Graduate with relevant or applicable field / study
• Prior experience of at least 5-7 years of as a Area Branch Manager / Region Head in a reputable bank
• Understand the demographic of the region (Jakarta, Surabaya, Makassar or Jambi)
• Experienced in leading and managing large teams
• Experienced in achieving monthly funding, merchant, and transaction portfolio targets.
• Mature, highly-analytical, data-crunching, ops-driven and good problem-solver
