Key Responsibilities

1. Operational & Strategic Management

• Develop and implement the annual operational plan to achieve company goals.

• Monitor production progress and prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance reports.

• Conduct operational analysis to identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring strategic resource reallocation.

• Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, including production, logistics, and supply chain.

• Forecast demand, capacity, and resource needs to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to monitor and improve productivity and efficiency.

1. Financial & Budget Oversight

• Prepare, negotiate, and manage annual operational budgets and project timelines.

• Continuously analyze and control production costs to identify and rectify inefficiencies and waste.

• Implement and manage cost control programs to optimize financial performance.

• Ensure full compliance with all fiscal responsibilities.

1. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a multi-disciplinary team to achieve and exceed production targets.

• Collaborate with the HR department to manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including contracts, leave, payroll, and scheduling.

• Implement workflow policies that enhance team productivity and efficiency.

• Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and provide coaching to address skill gaps.

• Oversee and manage staffing levels to ensure optimal support for business demands, including interviewing and hiring new staff.

1. Compliance, Safety & Quality Assurance

• Develop and enforce company-wide health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all industry and regulatory standards.

• Conduct regular safety orientations, audits, and meetings.

• Implement and enforce a robust quality control and tracking program to meet stringent quality objectives.

• Ensure full adherence to corporate bylaws, environmental regulations, and international trade laws.

–     Act as the official representative of the company for governmental and legal matters relating to the recycling plant and customs excise. 

1. Reverse Logistics & Business Development

• Lead the development and implementation of reverse logistics projects for IT infrastructure, telecom networks, and data center decommissioning.

• Oversee the secure and compliant handling, dismantling, and recycling of electronic waste.

• Provide strategic market intelligence on commodity prices, trends, and trading opportunities.

1. International Trade & Technical Expertise

• Manage all aspects of import/export processes under customs regulations.

• Communicate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to optimize logistics.

• Manage relationships with international refineries to maximize material recovery value.

• Ensure full compliance with international trade laws and cross-border documentation.
