Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Recruitment & Training Lead di perusahaan PT Delta Djakarta Tbk untuk kota/kab Kabupaten Bekasi & Jawa Barat atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang usaha kami butuhkan ialah Perekrutan – Agen (Sumber Daya Manusia & Perekrutan) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

PT ini tidak memiliki syarat yang khusus terhadap calon pelamar sehingga kamu dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Job Description :

A. Recruitment:

1. Strategy, process and organization:
– Give suggestion to HR Head for effective strategy and plan to attract and hire top talents;
– Coordinate recruitment and selection policies, standards, process and operations 
– Watch over competitors and market trends for proper advice ad direction.

2. Implementation of recruitment actions:
Organize and lead the recruitment teams to:
– Define action plan to achieve targets and meet resource needs, in line with the company’s strategy;
– Ensure efficient use of recruitment channels, and right approach to successfully respond to requirements;
– Develop active recruitment methods with social networks, headhunting
– Develop talent pools and networks, maintain active relationship with potential candidates;
– Know company’s activities and resource challenges to properly plan, prioritize actions, and anticipate needs
– Follow up recruitment process (both with external and internal candidates), pro-actively implement suitable solutions to reach targets
– Conduct, join in hiring process for key/strategic positions;
– Organize induction for new comers, ensure best conditions for their integration;
– Coordinate and develop strategic partnership with academics or hiring partners;

3. Recruitment communication, employer branding:
– Monitor, develop information and contents regarding PT Delta Djakarta recruitment, towards internal and external candidates, in coordination with communication team; ensure that they are correctly updated, effectively enhance awareness of the company’s values and competitive advantages;
– Build event plan, ensure efficient organization of events to meet recruitment needs;

4. Team management, competency development:
– Manage recruitment teams, lead them to fulfill recruitment missions with high motivation and team spirit;
– Organize the sharing of practices/models in recruitment and selection;
– Organize training and coaching to improve the team’s competencies;
– Implementing weekly/monthly recruitment and training results reports as required by
– Monitor effective use and improvement of recruitment tool.

5. Reporting, metrics:
– Ensure that the monthly recruitment planning as well as other reports are delivered in accurate and timely manner;
– Build effective reporting system and statistics to track and measure recruitment efficiency;
– Ensure that the recruitment database is maintained effectively.

B. Training:

1. Identify training needs and develop training plan
– Continuously review and upgrade training curriculum based 
– Develop an effective training programs which address the training needs while ensuring optimum cost.

2. Implement training programs:
– Implement orientation/ training programs for new people to provide fundamental knowledge and attitude;
– Follow up with the user to ensure new people are smoothly integrated into team, trained on the job and sent for re-train and on-going training;
– Continuously benchmark with other service providers in the industry to upgrade service quality by providing effective training;

3. Appraisal of training effectiveness:
– Implement post-training evaluation to ensure quality is met and design follow-on training
– Coordinate with Operation and relevant departments to get feedbacks on training results.

4. Build and upgrade training manuals, training process and other related documents and templates, provide input in standard operational procedures.

Job Requirement :

  • Bachelor degree in any Major
  • Have Experience Min 3 years in Hiring Managerial Level an as training lead in FMCG 
  • Have A good communication in English
  • Can do Attitude
  • Willing to travel all around Indonesia
  • Have BNSP HR Certified is an advantages
