About Us: PT Motor Sights International is a leading principal for heavy vehicles, including dump trucks and other heavy trucks, supporting the mining industry in nickel and coal distribution. We are expanding our operations into Kalimantan, Sumatera, Sulawesi, and Maluku. Our sister company, Indonesia Equipment Centre, handles dealerships, customer development, spare parts procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and aftersales services.

Position Overview: We seek a skilled and experienced Recruitment Supervisor to lead our Talent Acquisition Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing hiring strategies, and building strong relationships with potential candidates. This role will ensure our recruitment practices align with the company’s strategic goals and attract top talent to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management

  • Manage and Lead: Manage and lead the Talent Acquisition Team to effectively meet business needs and establish our market presence as an employer of choice.
  • Team Development: Foster good relationships with potential candidates, onboard new employees, and maintain connections with past applicants.

2. Strategic Planning and Forecasting

  • Hiring Strategies: Develop hiring strategies, interview assessments, and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
  • Forecasting: Prepare plans for hiring forecasts and sustainability as part of the company’s strategic planning.
  • Quarterly and Annual Needs: Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department and adjust strategies as needed.

3. Recruitment and Sourcing

  • Candidate Sourcing: Source potential candidates through online channels, including social media and professional networks.
  • Selection Criteria: Determine selection criteria and develop effective methods for candidate evaluation.
  • Interview Planning: Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Assessment: Use our Applicant Tracking System to evaluate candidate information, including resumes and contact details.

4. External Relations and Networking

  • Company Representation: Act as a company ambassador, attracting the best possible talent to the organization.
  • External Partnerships: Build relationships with external organizations to enhance talent-sourcing capabilities.

5. Coordination and Project Management

  • Staffing Needs Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and address staffing needs, both internal and external (outsourcing).
  • Project Tracking: Maintain and update progress on recruitment opportunities and outsourcing projects.

6. Relationship Management

  • Candidate Engagement: Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven track record as a Recruitment Supervisor in the Heavy Equipment and Construction Machinery industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Skills: Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, including various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, both oral and written. Mandarin is a plus.
  • Understanding: A keen understanding of the different roles within organizations.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
