Perusahaan kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Recruitment Specialist di perusahaan PT Social Bella Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Barat atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang kita butuhkan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Kami memberikan persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Responsibilities

Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates: CV selection, study cases, interviews, background check, offering until onboarding.
Maintain and create talent pool channels and sourcing through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, job fairs, key communities, and relevant schools
Create and publish job ads in various portals
Build networking with potential hires through professional groups
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
Managing the employment documents and pre-onboarding procedures
Performs clerical and administrative tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology is preferable with min. GPA 3.40
Having experience in recruitment at least 1 year (as full time or intern)
Having experience analyzing candidates based on the interview session and answering logical thinking.
Having experience in recruitment with a tight schedule is an advantage.
A detailed person with experience in governing administration and documentation is a must
Above average communication skills and keen to update with current condition.
Passionate in recruitment and having interest in beauty
Fast paced, agile and positive attitude
