As a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, you will support the regional Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting and engaging candidates to meet our organization’s hiring needs. Your primary focus is on the initial discovery and engagement stages, working to build a database of potential candidates for recruiters to move through the rest of the hiring process. This role is ideal for individuals who are research-driven, resourceful, and eager to grow their career in recruitment and talent acquisition, direct report to The Head of Regional Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities :

Talent Identification

  • Research and identify potential candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, databases, and networking.
  • Familiar with Boolean search techniques to uncover both active and passive talents.

Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Map talent pools across industries and competitors, particularly for niche or hard-to-fill roles, and gather insights on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in different markets.

Candidate Engagement

  • Reach out to potential candidates through personalized outreach messages.
  • Position ZALORA as an attractive employer by sharing our Employee Value Propositions.

Collaboration

  • Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and refine search strategies.
  • Share qualified leads for screening and assessment by recruiters.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Some prior internship or work experience in recruitment, sourcing, or research preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong research, internet, and networking skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, or other sourcing tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong willingness to learn.
