Being Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator, your day will be primarily focused on:

  • Lead talent acquisition and recruitment processes for vacant positions, ensuring their timely progression and successful completion in partnership with the hiring manager;
  • Manage and Improve recruitment strategy (sourcing, internal training, advertising, selection);
  • Ensure appropriate governance of the processes as per internal procedure and labor law;
  • Oversee budget allocation, salary recommendation, exception management;
  • Finalize offer letter, employment contract and filing of all necessary documentation;
  • Ensure readiness for 1st day (profile creation in system, equipment ordering ..);
  • Coordinate employee onboarding plan and related required training with hiring manager;
  • Develop local onboarding offering in alignment with HQ programmes and available resources.

Your profile:

Through your hands-on years of experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process coupled with sourcing initiatives delivery to get targeted talents you developed excellent planning and organisational competencies. With good understanding of individual’s psychology and behaviours you enjoy building healthy relationship with the internal stakeholders and demonstrate a natural ability to advise wisely when it comes to selecting the right people that will match the organization’s culture and team dynamics.

Proficiency in Behavioral Based Interview would be preferred.

Being methodological and analytical, a transparent and collaborative communicator, with proactive approach and creative ability to think outside of the box you are a great asset to your team. Thanks to your service-oriented, caring though focused mindset you will guide our manager toward successful achievement of their goal to successfully integrate new team members. As a self starter, at ease in complex multi-cultural environment, you work independently in a timely and efficient manner.

This position will require travels to some of the landscapes where we operate in remote areas, hence you must be comfortable working away from home and keeping long hours when necessary.

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology or other relevant field
  • 3 years experience minimum
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia & English
  • Full-time, 1 year contract (with possibility for extension)
  • Semarang, Indonesia
  • National or valid work permit required
