Skill yang kami butuhkan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Kami memberikan kualifikasi yang kita inginkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

What You Will Need:

Minimum Bachelor Degree from Psychology
Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment or Human Resource similar area
Have an experience from consulting industry will be an advantage
Have a good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to design and implement overall recruiting strategy, and create recruitment dashboard to optimize tracking recruitment and get faster hiring process is a plus
Ability to perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives will be an advantage
Excellent verbal and written in English
Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan
Ability to join immediately by April 2023

What You Will Do:

Full Cycle of Recruitment & Selection

Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
Screen candidates CVs or resumes and job applications
Assist Human Capital Manager in developing psychological tests for values-fit assessments and conduct them
Arrange and conduct HR (and user) interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Collaborate closely with the C&B Team to provide offers to candidates
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated, make sure that the preparation for the new employee orientation program goes well
