Responsibilities:
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals, social media, colleges, etc.
- Conduct interviews and arrange interview sessions with users.
- Arrange psychological tests and medical examinations with third parties/vendors.
- Manage the onboarding and new hire process.
- Support the recruitment process for all plants and overseas (6 countries in SEA and China).
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Create and present annual recruitment budgets to the Division Head and Director of HR.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field.
- Good understanding of recruitment concepts.
- Familiarity with interview techniques.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Good communication skills and a proactive team player.
- Fluent in English; every interview session will be conducted in English.
- Good computer skills (minimum proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to be placed in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang.
