PT Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia, located in Kawasan Industri Kendal, is looking for professional to fill in the above positions.

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager. He/She is proactive and result-oriented. The ideal candidate should have the ability to build and lead a professional team. He/She will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting plans, managing the recruiting budget, and ensuring positive candidate experience.

• The general responsibility covers:
  Developing and implementing recruiting strategies, as well as managing the budget.
• Liaise with managers and understand their recruitment needs
• Lead a recruitment team to execute an end-to-end recruitment process for all levels, ensure all positions are filled in a timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement of the recruitment function.
• Reviewing hiring trends within the industry to determine best practices for talent acquisition
• Overseeing the administrative aspects of the hiring process such as scheduling interviews, conducting reference/background checks
• Prepare regular reports on recruiting metrics and progress against goals.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Willing to work in Kawasan Industri Kendal, Kabupaten Kendal.

To hold the position, you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent 
• 8+ years of experience in a managerial role, preferred in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in handling mass recruitment for all levels.
• Proven track record of success in recruiting for a variety of positions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills, team management, and attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English with good presentation skills
  Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
