Segera dibutuhkan. lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Recruitment Manager di tempat usaha PT Esha Parama Teknologi untuk daerah Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kami inginkan adalah Perekrutan – Agen (Sumber Daya Manusia & Perekrutan) serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full cycle of recruitment efforts.
  • Leads the staffing process and completion of hiring goals.
  • Designing recruiting procedures and Update recruiting procedures or create new procedures.
  • Daily interact with recruiters to go over open requirements. And Update TLs
  • Measures and analyses key recruiting metrics for the purpose of managing recruiting effectiveness and educating our clients the market standards.
  • If the team unable to submit resumes to a requirement, check with them what issues they are having and provide solutions based on experience.
  • Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates to the team.
  • Evaluate and suggest the best recruiting software for the employer
    Suggest ways to improve the employer’s brand
  • Research the best job advertising techniques to the team
  • Tracking recruiting metrics
  • Track recruitment KPIs and set measurable goals to the team
  • Make sure hiring cost is minimum 
  • Training & Mentor Team to get better result of the team.

Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in Recruitment domain (Preferably IT)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and selection methodologies.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Experience in Handling Team is mandatory.
  • Responsible to manage complete Recruitment team & their monthly business target.
    Handling team of 10 to 15 IT Recruiters.
  • Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates. Should have a proper understanding on Market Talent pool, be capable of doing branding & attracting talent.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • The ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems.
