Kemampuan yang kami butuhkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang PT kami inginkan ialah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Sesuai dari peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami berikan cukup bersaing tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Walaupun begitu semua bisa berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to manage our company’s hiring needs. Leading recruiters to manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, maintain ready to hire talent pool and new hire onboarding process.

Ensuring to hire qualified candidates to be our employees that meet our standards and future needs.

Responsibilities

  • Update current and design new efficient and effective recruiting procedures
  • Maintain frequent report and forecast on recruitment
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics, implement new and out of the box sourcing methods
  • Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
  • Research and choose job advertising options
  • Recommend ways to improve and maintain employer branding
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and coordinate with them to forecast future hiring needs
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
  • Participate in job fairs and career events
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor/master degree in Psychology/ HR management/ others
  • Proven work experience as a headhunter or recruitment consultant recruiting manager, recruiting coordinator
  • Good knowledge, experience, networking in hotel/hospitality industry, F&B industry, mall property industry
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment screening/selection tools, applicant tracking systems and HR databases
  • Experience with phone/online/offline interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
  • Strong leadership, analytical, decision-making and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English verbal communication and written
