Job Responsibility

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and select top talent for the organization.
• Create and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the candidate assessment and selection process, including skills testing, interviews, and reference checks.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor practices, and candidate preferences.
• Create and manage recruitment marketing campaigns, including job postings, social media content, and employer branding materials.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with all team to align recruitment and employer branding efforts with the overall company brand and values.
• Participate in employer branding events, job fairs, and industry conferences to promote the organization and attract top talent.
• Stay updated on best practices in recruitment, employer branding, and talent acquisition technologies.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology, or equivalent
• Must experienced minimum 1 year as Recruiter from Start Up, Retail or Headhunter company
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English ( will be used everyday for communicate & interview )
• Works well under pressure and has strong drive to meet tight deadlines
• Good analytical thinking and attention to details
• Willing to be Placed both in Jakarta or Cikarang area
