Pengalaman yang usaha kami inginkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.
Untuk persyaratan yang perusahaan inginkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 10.000.000 - Rp 15.000.000.

Summary of Responsibilities:
- Selection, Hiring and Placement
- Development of the company’s employee motivation system
- Develop and handling Individual Development Program (IDP), Training Need Analysis (Soft & Technical), Training Delivery (Soft & Technical).
- Arrange Employee Coaching and Assessment Center
Work Activities:
- Selection and hiring of qualified specialist for various department of the company, preparation of vacancies, job posting on website and any platform of media, evaluation candidate, conducting interview
- Organization of Employee employment processes upon successful completion of interview including with employee documents
- Cooperation with the company’s management and HR department to determine the needs for new employees
- Development of job description, formation of regulations on corporate values, norms and rules as well as work with other personnel reports
- Ensures all training and development activities (department specific and general training) are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and vision.
- Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations
- Helps employees identify specific behaviors that will contribute to service excellence.
- Ensures employees receive on-going training to understand guest expectations.
- Observes service behaviors of employees and provides feedback to individuals and/or managers.
- Establishes guidelines so employees understand expectations and parameters
- Develops specific training to improve service performance
- Participates in the development of the Training budget as required.
- Manages budget in alignment with Human Resources and property financial goals.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor degree / Master Degree from Psychology, Human Resources Management or other relevant fields.
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Minimum of 5 years of solid experience as Recruitment Manager, Learning Development Manager/Training Manager
- Good understanding & experience in creating TNA, training module, training evaluation, employee development program.
- Experience to deliver training both soft/hard competencies.
- Good understanding about assessment centre.
- Good interpersonal skill, dynamic person, strong leadership, proactive, and creative thinking.
- Proficient in performing Training Need Analysis, working on learning development budget, setting a full-year training plan, and working with a target to execute and review.
- Well-versed in the leadership assessment process and execution.
- Fluent in English communication in both written and spoken.
- Teaching, Facilitation, Organizing, and Coordinating skills.
- Good time management skills.
