Job Description:

  1. Researching, identifying, and contacting vendors.
  2. Creating purchase orders and tracking the order process.
  3. Registering incoming facility requests from other departments.
  4. Assisting with translations between English and Indonesian for effective communication within the team and with vendors.
  5. Sending documents and letters.
  6. Creating PAS Bandara (Collecting documents for PAS Bandara & TIM).
  7. Maintaining a daily guest logbook.
  8. Managing ATK inventory and orders.
  9. Preparing uniforms for all staff members.
  10. Handling correspondence in and out documentation.
  11. Daily/weekly laundry checks.
  12. Ensuring pantry supplies (coffee, tea, sugar) are stocked.
  13. Providing snacks and drinks for meetings.
  14. Managing meeting room reservations.

Welcoming guests and being on standby at the front desk.

Job Requirements:

Relevant work experience in procurement, operations, or administration would be advantageous. This could include internships or entry-level positions in similar roles.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:

  1. Preferred in fields such as Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years experience in related field
  3. Organization: Capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  4. Detail-oriented: Possessing a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate tracking of purchases and documentation.
  5. Excellent communication skills: Able to communicate effectively with team members, clients, vendors, and other departments in both fluent English and Indonesian.
  6. Proactivity: Demonstrating initiative to anticipate needs and address issues before they escalate.
  7. Team player: Working well within a team environment and collaborating effectively with others.
  8. Problem-solving skills: Able to identify and resolve issues independently or with minimal supervision.
  9. Adaptability: Comfortable with changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic work environment.
  10. Tech-savviness: Proficient in using computer systems and software for procurement, documentation, and communication purposes.
  11. Reliability: Consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
