URGENTLY REQUIRED

We, a Joint Venture Company with Factory in Tangerang (Cikupa and Balaraja) are looking for candidates that are reliable, dynamic, positive working attitude and highly motivated. Graduates from Reputable University with a minimum GPA of 3.00 and has the following criteria:

R&D STAFF

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Working experience minimal 4 years in similar function or position at manufacturing company with minimum of 500 workers.
• Fast learner, having analysis ability, leadership, teamwork, management sense, good communication, strong analytical, decision-making, highly motivated, results oriented, ability to work within budgets and deadlines
• English is a must both oral & written.
• Computer literacy, minimum Microsoft Office is a must
• Preferable if domicile in Jakarta Barat or Tangerang
• Placement in Factory

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• University graduated minimum D-3 S-1 in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge in: ISO 9001 and SNI
• Capable for overseeing the entire development process of new products and programs within an organization and creative problem solving
