Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 7.300.000 - Rp 7.600.000.

COMPANY OVERVIEW :

LGE Indonesia Research and Development Center (LGERC) is the first-ever overseas research subsidiary on behalf of the LG Home Entertainment Company established in November 2021. LGERC conducts all R&D projects for products targeting the global market, pointing to LG’s continued dedication to addressing the unique needs of local consumers as a leading brand loved worldwide. Enabling the unified operations of product development and manufacturing, the new subsidiary will allow LG to develop new models with higher efficiency as well as expand the company’s businesses in the global TV market with heightened speed.

LGERC also aims to foster local product operation systems focusing on R&D with the aim of developing a more diverse lineup of TV products that respond to the rapidly growing Asian market, particularly Indonesia.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree from: Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, Physics, Telecommunication, Metallurgy Engineering or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in manufacturing field is preferable, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English is a must.
Able to speak Korean is an additional point.
Willing to work in Kawasan Industri MM2100, Cibitung, Bekasi.
Placement will be in LGE Indonesia Research & Development Center (new subsidiary of LG Electronics).

OPEN POSITION, CATEGORY & SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT :

1. R&D MECHANIC
(MECHANIC, METALLURGY, INDUSTRIAL MAJOR)

R&D Mechanic : Have knowledge/interest in 2D Tool (AutoCAD), 3D Tool CREO (Pro-E), Mold/Press tool, Mold/Press design, Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop, TV / LCM Display technology
2. R&D HARDWARE DIVISION
(ELECTRICAL, ELECTRONICS, PHYSICS, TELECOMMUNICATION MAJOR)
R&D Hardware : Have knowledge/interest in basic Circuit, measure Analog and Digital, signal Processing, securing TV product’s performance (Energy, EMC, WiFi etc), programming language (C, C++, Python), SMPS (Switch mode Power Supply) design.

3. R&D PLANNING
(ALL MAJOR)

R&D Planning : Have knowledge/interest in IT system experiences such as PDM / ERP and so on to manage BOM
