Segera dibutuhkan. lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi QUANTITY SURVEYOR di perusahaan PT Samarinda Central Plaza untuk daerah Samarinda & Kalimantan Timur serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang usaha kami butuhkan adalah Survey (Konstruksi) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang spesifik terhadap calon pelamar sehingga kamu dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

We are Shopping Mall Which is based in Samarinda City, we are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage all building and civil engineering project costs, from the initial calculations to the final figures. Your role will be highly critical in ensuring the financial success of our construction projects.

As a vital team member, you will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors and other professionals to manage the project costs and ensure it is completed within the stipulated budget. You will be essential to the venture’s success by providing expert advice on cost management, contract negotiation and procurement. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that construction projects are profitable and financially sustainable

Core Task:

  • Make sure the projects progress efficiently, affordably and safely by assisting in Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) process and preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
  • Prepare & analyze accurate cost estimates for materials, labor and equipment required for construction projects
  • Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring expenditure against budget allowances
  • Manage the tendering process, including preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts with contractors and vendors 
  • Participation in the pre-tendering activities with client, architect and project managers and raising relevant pre-bid queries from the given tender.
  • Advise on procurement strategies to achieve cost saving without compromising quality
  • Review construction contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions
  • Assess and verify payments to contractors based on work completed and materials delivered
  • Implement cost control measures to track project expenses and identify potential cost overruns
  • Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs without sacrificing quality or functionally
  • Identify and assess project risks related to cost, schedule and quality
  • Organize and maintain accurate quantity surveying documentation, including bills of quantities, cost reports and variation orders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Lead and manage a team of quantity surveyors, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize project outcomes
  • Preparing reports regarding to the tasks
  • Preparing BOQ (bill of quantities) by studying specification sheets from the project team.
  • Identifying gaps between BOQ and drawings, specifications and conditions of the contract and taking it for a logical closure.
  • Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections in line with these.
  • Monitor and control costs throughout the project, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Preparing the initial quote and contract for the sales team from the company’s side.
  • Coordination with the design team for analyzing architectural and service drawings.
  • Manage the valuation of work done and handle claims and variations.
  • Preparing interim and final valuations, variations and claims of the construction site.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering exercises.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project outcomes and achieve value for money.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent in construction management / Civil, architecture, engineering or related field

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying or cost consulting, preferably in the construction commercial building industry. 
  • Sound knowledge of construction industry practices, regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation and cost management techniques.
  • Familiarity with contract administration and legal aspects of construction projects.
  • Understanding general contracting, design-build, package contracting, value-based project and loading margins and lumpsum in commercial fit-out, residential, hotel or retail projects.
  • Experience working with AutoCAD and validating quantities from the given drawings.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and priorities tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with extraordinary negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
