职位描述job description： 
1.负责公司质量管理体系及环境管理体系的搭建，质量管理体系及环境管理体系的认证与体系维护管理工作； 
Responsible for the establishment of the company’s QHSE system, the certification and system maintenance management of the QHSE;
2.负责公司内审、过程审核、管理评审及质量、环境管理体系年度审核的组织实施，对审核问题推动跟进相关部门改进；
Responsible for the organization and implementation of the company’s internal audit, process audit, management review, and annual audit of quality and environmental management systems, and promote follow-up improvements in relevant departments on audit issues;
3.负责公司质量体系文件的更新、维护及发布； 
Responsible for the update, maintenance and release of the company’s quality system documents
4.负责对公司质量管理体系运行过程进行监督管理，统计收集各部门质量目标，月度达成状况； 
Responsible for supervising and managing the operation of the company’s quality management system, collecting statistics on the quality goals of each department, and monthly achievement status
5.组织开展质量体系相关知识、质量方法、工具等内容的培训； 
Organize and carry out training on quality system related knowledge, quality methods, tools, etc.
6.协助对接客户审核，提供客户需求资料，并对外发资料做规范化、标准化。 
Assist in docking with customers for review, provide customer demand information, and standardize and normalize external information.

职位要求Job Requirements： 
1.本科以上学历，工程专业或者工程管理专业优先； 
Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or engineering management is preferred
2.两年以上工作经历，有质量管理体系及环境管理体系内审员证书，参与、主导过质量管理体系审核、内审、过程审核优先； 
More than two years of work experience, with certificates for QHSE, and priority will be given to candidates who have participated in and led quality management system audits, internal audits, and process audits
3.工作认真细心，有较强责任心，学习、理解能力强，沟通、表达能力优秀； 
Work carefully and conscientiously, have a strong sense of responsibility, strong learning and comprehension ability, excellent communication and expression skills
4.熟悉质量管理系统要求，质量工具（8D，鱼骨图，FMEA，SPC 等）； 
Familiar with quality management system requirements, quality tools (8D, fishbone diagram, FMEA, SPC, etc.)
5.熟练操作办公室基本软件：word，PPT，Excel 等，擅长文件校对、编辑、标准化。
Proficient in basic office software: Word, PPT, Excel, etc., good at document proofreading, editing, and standardization.

6.流利英语，会中文优先考虑。
Speak fluent English, Mandarin is preferred.
