We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Supervisor to join our on-site team for the construction phase of a Small-Scale LNG project. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, the Quality Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all quality control activities to ensure that all construction works and materials meet the specified quality standards, project specifications, and applicable codes

Construction Supervision

• Assist the Site Manager in planning, directing, and coordinating on-site quality activities, including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works

• Review Project ITP and ITR documentation

• Conduct and oversee complex or critical inspections of ongoing construction activities, materials received and completed works Oversee and manage subcontractors and vendors.

• Ensure that all quality control documentation, including inspection reports, test certificates, material certificates, and non-conformance reports, are accurately prepared, reviewed, and maintained.

• Lead the identification, documentation, and investigation of non-conformances. Oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.

• Provide regular and comprehensive reports to the Site Manager on QC activities, inspection findings, non-conformances, trends, and any potential quality risks.

• Identify opportunities for improvement in quality control processes and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering

• At least 5 years’ site experience in the construction of EPC Projects.

• Proven QC experience in LNG or similar process plant construction projects.

• Extensive hands-on experience in performing inspections and overseeing quality control activities in one or more of the following disciplines: welding, piping, mechanical equipment, electrical, instrumentation, and coatings.

• Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards

• Excellent communication skills.

• Working well under pressure

• Organized person able to keep records of all quality records both in paper and on computer.

• Goal-oriented, dynamic, and high sense of responsibility

• Team player with strong work ethic and disciplined approach

• Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications

• Good English skills
