Qualifications :

1. Bachelor degree or above from majority communication, electronic information, mechanical structure and other related science and engineering majors
2. Can Speak MANDARIN IS MANDATORY MAX. HSK 5-6
3. Familiar with ISO9001/ISO14001/QC080000 quality management system
4. Proficient in the knowledge of the company’s products and production processes
5. Familiar with TS16949, QS9000 and other related management system standards and related knowledge
6. Proficient in the use of five major quality tools, APQP/SPC/FMEA/PPAP/MSA
7. Proficient in the use of seven QC techniques, 8D, 5C report, FACA, CALA, etc.
8. Able to lead various departments of the company to carry out various quality activities, including QCC, CIP, Six Sigma, quality knowledge competition, etc.
9. Effectively communicate with customers about various quality management related standards and specifications to meet customer needs
10. Improve the company’s reliability quality laboratory capabilities to meet the company’s development needs
11. Build and maintain the company’s quality management system, and improve the information and digital operation capabilities of the quality management system
12. Able to actively cultivate departmental talents and optimize the department’s talent structure

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY : 

• Manage the daily work of the quality assurance department in line with the company’s development
• CHK the progress and quality of each QE’s work, and report regularly
• Responsible for the daily management of IQC, IPQC & OQC
• Lead the review of important quality anomalies of suppliers and internal products, formulate countermeasures and follow up on the results
• Provide quality technical support for after-sales products, reduce customer return rate, and reduce customer complaints
• Carry out company-level quality activities, such as QCC, quality knowledge competitions, etc
• Responsible for various tasks of the reliability laboratory, and strive to improve the laboratory testing capabilities
• Construction and maintenance of the company’s quality system, construction and maintenance of the information and digitalization of the quality assurance department
• Cultivate and build a talent echelon of the quality assurance department, and optimize the talent structure of the quality assurance department
