Job Purpose:

Supervise and monitor the target analysis of raw materials, intermediate bulk materials and finished products so that they are in accordance with the plan.

Job Summary:

The QC Supervisor at PT Amarox Pharma Global oversees daily lab operations, ensuring regulatory compliance. key tasks include method validation, sample analysis supervision, and resource management. Also involves updating SOP, staff training, and supporting GLP and GDP implementation.

Job Descriptions:

1. Method Validation and Verification:

• Ensure that all methods used for analysis are validated and verified according to industry standards.
• Review and approve validation protocols and reports to confirm method suitability.

2. Sample Analysis Oversight:

• Supervise the sample analysis process to ensure adherence to established methods and protocols.
• Monitor and guide QC analysts to maintain consistency and accuracy in testing.

3. Resource Management:

• Ensure all reagents, materials, tools, and instruments are fit for use, properly qualified, and within calibration range.
• Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of laboratory supplies.

4. SOP Management and Training:

• Update and maintain the Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) for QC.
• Conduct training sessions for QC staff and other relevant departments on SOP updates and best practices.

5. Reporting:

• Manage and compile reports from analytical development processes.
• Present findings and insights to Assistant Manager & Manager for informed decision-making.

6. Compliance Support:

• Support the implementation of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in the laboratory.
• Ensure adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) to maintain data integrity and traceability.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelors degree in pharmacy.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Control laboratory, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role. Experience in an Oncology site Is a plus.
3. Proven experience with method validation and verification in the pharmaceutical industry.
4. Skills: Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation, excellent leadership and team management abilities, proficiency in updating SOP and conducting training, effective communication and reporting skills.
5. Familiarity With Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP) & Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
6. Commitment To Continuous Improvement and staying updated with industry standards and regulations.
