Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections, tests, and measurements on products, materials, or processes to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Collect samples for analysis and testing. Ensure that sampling procedures are followed accurately and consistently.
• Investigate the root causes of quality problems and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Ensure that measurement and testing equipment are properly calibrated and maintained to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a quality control is preferred
• Proficiency in using quality control tools, equipment, and software. Knowledge of statistical analysis and quality control methodologies is beneficial.
• Understanding AQL and QC 7 Tools
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to tasks and documentation.
