Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Quality Control Manager (Paper) di perusahaan ASIA PULP AND PAPER untuk domisili Serang & Banten atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang PT kami inginkan ialah Penjaminan & Kontrol Mutu (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang khusus terhadap calon pelamar sehingga kamu dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Job Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Chemical.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, active English is a must.
  • Have knowledge about Paper Process, Raw Material Process, Finishing Paper & Laboratory Process
  • Good Analisys
  • At least 12 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, from Paper in Quality Division
  • Preferably Manager/Coordinator specialized in Quality or equivalent.
  • Willing to be placed in Serang (Banten).

Job Description :
 

  • Increase the profitability through : Cost Reduction, Increase of HVA products, On Time in Full of Production and Delivery performance across APP.
  • Increase Customer Satisfaction by Improving Product Quality & Reduce Broke
  • Improve Quality Control Process Through process control and variation reduction
  • Indicator to assure the sustainability our process
  • Optimize Pulp Usage
  • Optimize Man Power perform the job
  • Effectively communicates the strategic business vision and organization value to employees within area of responsibility
  • Anticipates areas where support or influence will be required (e.g: discusses situation/concerns with appropriate individuals.
  • Creates new models and methods for the organization
  • Initiates collaboration with other groups/organizations on projects or methods of operating.
  • Cascade organizational target into workplan by considering a range of factors in the planning process (e.g., costs, timing, customer needs, resources available, etc.)
  • Able to cascade down the functional target into individual target.
  • Able to make decisions appropriately in the scope of their responsibilities by considering organization best interest.
