Job Descriptions:

• Plan for QC integration tests across all consumable production lines including, managing, evaluating, learning how to execute all current work instructions, identifying similar processes (e.g., RNase testing), and developing strategies for proper documentation (traceability, control charting, etc.).
• Plan for QC integration of liquid test reagent preparation across production lines including, managing, evaluating, learning how to prepare current work instructions, developing high-quality validation strategies and its documentation.
• Work with QC Lab facility PIC to identify QC lab needs for high-quality execution of integrated QC tests and reagent preparation.
• Collaborate with production managers, science team, and engineering as needed for support during the integration process. 
• Deliver QC process execution to the QC team and production managers.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in experimental biochemical sciences (biochemistry, molecular biology, enzymology, etc.) or analytical chemistry with 5 years of wet lab experience
• MSc (Master of Science) with two years of experience post-graduation is strongly preferred
• Have experience in preparation and quality control of analytical solutions, preferably demonstrated on a large scale (such as maintaining common solution stocks for a lab/facility).
• Have experience in UV-Vis spectrophotometry or fluorometry is preferred
• Have the ability to make SOP preparation and quality control or hands-on teaching experience, such as teaching assistant at the undergraduate level.
• Have the ability to work across disciplines with QC teams, scientists, and managers.
• Excellent communication skills with well-spoken English.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Salatiga.

Nice-to-have experience:

• Working understanding of common contamination sources (working with highly-sensitive experiments, such as RNAseq/total cDNA preparation
• Lab automation and/or instrument troubleshooting/maintenance
• Metrology
• Lab/facility management
