Responsibilities:

1. Conduct QC checks on all units
2. Perform QC planning, preparation, review, and regular reporting (summary)
3. Confirm that all verified QC findings have been addressed and are in progress of being fixed
4. Ensure that the quality of work resulting from QC findings meets the standard.

Requirements:

1. Maximum age of 35 years old
2. Minimum D3 education level
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position (in construction and building management companies)
4. Understanding of civil QC and surveying
5. Experienced in performing QC planning, preparation, review, and reporting
6. Able to read drawing designs
7. Understanding of work implementation procedures and methods
