Job description & requirements

Greetings from KoinWorks, a financial technology industry! We are looking for Quality Assurance Officer to join our dynamic & fast growing organization. You will help us to accelerate the Quality Assurance process, especially for the Operations division.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure Quality Assurance checking tools and processes are aligned with the policies and procedures

2. Ensuring day to day controls and monitoring activities for the Operations division.

3. Effectively collaborate to identify, escalate and mitigate risk.

4. Perform proper escalation and tracking of all process and issue to monitor progress of the required action items

5. Establish necessary meetings and discussion for issue and risk issues with related stakeholders.

Requirements:

Education S1 majoring in management, accounting, or business

At least 2 years of working experience as operational risk or internal control

Have keen interest to work in financial technology industry
