PT South Pacific Viscose (SPV), a member of Lenzing Group Austria, is located in Purwakarta, West Java. Strategically located between the capital city of Jakarta and West Java’s capital, Bandung, Purwakarta Regency was once better known as an industrial area. As the largest viscose site of the Lenzing Group, the Indonesia site has been a producer of botanic Viscose Staple Fibers and Sodium Sulfate since 1982. Lenzing’s wood-based botanic fibers are used in the textile and nonwovens industry and manufactured with eco-friendly processes.

Currently we are looking for candidates to join us as Quality Assurance Manager.

Requirement :

• Min. Master degree of Science or Engineering, preferably from Chemical/Industrial
• Alternatively Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering with extensive professional qualifications in audit, process management and quality processes are welcome
• 15 years professional and strategic leadership experience
• Good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control and other tools and systems to facilitate Continual Improvement.
• Effective Knowledge of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Good knowledge of the Viscose Fiber production process would be preferrable
• Good knowledge of the Viscose Fiber customer aspects would be preferrable
• Good knowledge of Quality Assurance system.
• Effective management & leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English

Purpose of the job :

To promote, facilitate and control the implementation of a Quality Assurance System in order to fulfill the quality requirements of SPV’s customers (“fit for purpose”) and to prevent internal losses resulting from deviating quality (“right first time”).

Process responsibility:

To support the Head of Quality Management concerning Quality Assurance and Integrated Management System.
