What You Will Do:

• Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials and components used in the production of footwear to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor and inspect various stages of the manufacturing process, identifying and addressing any deviations from quality standards promptly.
• Perform comprehensive inspections on finished footwear products, assessing overall quality, workmanship, and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain detailed records of inspection results, documenting any defects or issues found during the quality control process.
• Generate comprehensive reports summarizing inspection findings and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with production teams to address quality concerns, provide feedback, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing process enhancements to optimize product quality.
• Ensure that all quality control processes align with safety regulations and guidelines.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably within the footwear manufacturing industry.
• In-depth understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects or deviations from quality standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey quality-related information and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to improve product quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, fostering a culture of quality excellence.
• Proven ability to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a commitment to quality standards.
