As a Quality and Food Safety Manager within the FMCG industry, you will be responsible for ensuring product compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining high-quality standards across all operations. Description

As a Quality and Food Safety Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Develop and deploy the Quality and Food Safety strategy
• Ensure compliance with global standards and local regulations.
• Lead and coach the Quality and Food Safety team, building capabilities and driving engagement.
• Oversee quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the final authority on product quality, safety, and risk management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply, Commercial, and R&D teams.
• Manage crisis and incident response related to quality and food safety.
• Maintain customer and regulatory approvals and relationships.

Profile

A successful Quality and Food Safety Manager should have:

• A degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in quality assurance or food safety within the FMCG industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and the capability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
