We are looking for an experienced Data Center QHSE Engineer to support a critical facility data center.

The QHSE Engineer will be responsible for managing the overall QHSE activities in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.

Must have experience in creating MOP, QC Checklist, and HSE documentation

Responsibilities:

1. Manages the project QHSE team, and organizes, plans, instructs, and monitors the project QHSE management and control activities.
2. Arranges to complete project QHSE plans, signs with the customer to confirm the engineering Quality & HSE standards, the quality & safety guarantee measures and procedures (including the tripartite confirmation of the standards for the constructed demonstration site), collects and analyzes the engineering implementation standards and specifications of the customer and the local country, and modifies the project quality and safety standards.
3. Monitors the QHSE of the engineering process, carries out periodical spot checks, and outputs the project weekly quality reports, project quality audit reports for spot checks, rectification notifications, poor quality & safety punishment forms, and project quality & safety problem analysis and improvement reports.
4. Issues alerts for major quality & safety problems to avoid project quality and safety risks, and follows up project quality and safety problems and risks.
5. Determines the quality and safety provisions in project outsourcing contracts, monitors the implementation of the quality and safety provisions, and assesses the engineering implementation quality and safety of the subcontractors before settling accounts with them. Monitors the formulation and implementation of project outsourcing training plans, and gives training of project quality and safety standards to project members and subcontractors.
6. Performing periodic site walk-throughs in order to ensure Company’s QHSE procedure are followed.
7. Communicating the status of the project QHSE process with management.
8. Perform QC Installation checklist inspection and testing commissioning activities.
9. Have experience with medium voltage switch gear, diesel generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment.
10. Also be familiar with mechanical equipment: chillers, cooling towers, computer room air handlers, fire detection / suppression; building monitoring systems; etc.
11. Coordinate with Design/Construction Team.

Qualifications:

1. 2 years of data center project, testing and commissioning experience.
2. Experience in IDC project quality management control is preferred
3. Solid Understanding of Critical Electrical and Mechanical / HVAC and HSE aspect.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
6. Have K3 Certification in Electricity is a must, others K3 Certification is a plus
7. Willing to be placed in Cikarang area
