Pengalaman yang perusaahan butuhkan ialah Pemimpin Tim/Supervisor (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang khusus terhadap pelamar sehingga kamu dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Job Role

This position is responsible to manage the shift QC activities by ensuring all QC routine inspection is conducted on timely manner, ensure all shift activity is according to Quality plan and release of FG is perform accordingly as per standard. In charge for a smooth handover between shift to promote clear communication and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Work with production and maintenance for troubleshooting, and escalate Quality and safety issue on timely manner
Lead detail investigations and provide corrective and preventive action report.
Oversee the scheduling of shift members’ leaves to ensure adequate coverage to maintain continuous production flow, even with workforce variations.
Compile a comprehensive report summarizing shift activities, including production data, issues, and accomplishments.
Ensure a safe working environment during the assigned shift. Actively report and address any unsafe acts or condition to prevent accidents.
Identify and communicate any critical issues or concerns promptly to the management.
Implement and sustain the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in the machine area to enhance organization efficiency.
Focus on maintaining high-quality standards in operations and take necessary actions to address any quality matters

REQUIREMENTS:

The candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent degree in a related field.
Have 5 years of experience as QC function in the flexible packaging or related industry
Possess knowledge of key performance indicators such as Equipment Efficiency (EE), Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), and Total Effective Equipment Performance (TEE).
No color blindness, good color perception
Strong data analysis and processing skills
WCM/TPM experience preferred.
Good English communication skills are required
Willing to work with shift arrangement
Willing to be placed in Cikande – Kabupaten Serang
