Job Descriptions :

• Devising procedures to inspect and report quality issues

• Monitoring all operations that affect quality

• Supervising and guiding inspectors, technicians and other related staff

• Assuring the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output

• Directing workers in quality assurance inspection and testing to assure that establishment and regulatory standards are met

• Assigning training of new workers to qualified workers

• Communicates quality standard and parameters to QC team, production development team and other appropriate team 

• Refer client, customer and user feedback

• Develop the Management Systems strategy and the management arrangements for key milestones, demonstrating solid progress against plan

• Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS

• Manage the audit nonconformity data base

• Provide detailed analysis of nonconformities

• Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management System

• Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility

• Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports

• Ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan, including management of, and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering.

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Good and effective communication.

• Have experience implementation of QA System and ISO.

• Assertive Person.

• Self-detail orientation and able to perform and deliver task on time.

• Have excellent English skill, oral and written (Mandarin will be advantage).

• Understand with improvement process, line balancing, material flow.

• Able to plan, well-organized and well adjustment

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Excellent verbal and writing communication skill 

• Excellent time management skill with proven ability and problem ability to meet deadline
