Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi QC Manager di tempat usaha PT Indo Porcelain untuk kota/kab Tangerang & Banten dan sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang PT kami inginkan adalah Penjaminan & Kontrol Mutu (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap pelamar pekerjaan sehingga kamu bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Responsibilities:

Gain a clear understanding of client needs and requirements, and communicate quality standards effectively to production teams.
Develop and implement improvements in manufacturing processes to ensure consistent production of high-quality goods.
Create, review, and improve product/process specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and provide training to staff for proper implementation.
Define requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitor supplier compliance with established standards.
Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians, and other quality team members to ensure effective performance.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations, industry standards, and health & safety guidelines.
Oversee product development processes to detect deviations from quality standards at early stages.
Inspect and evaluate final outputs against requirements, approving or rejecting products as appropriate.
Maintain accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis of quality data.
Collect feedback from clients, prepare reports, attend meetings, and support external auditors and inspectors during assessments.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in production, manufacturing, or quality management.
Experience in business administration is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, keen observation, and excellent organizational and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of quality control systems, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
Good technical understanding and problem-solving ability.
