About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced QC Loading Leader to join our team at PT SCG Barito Logistics’ in Cilegon Banten. As the QC Loading Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our logistics operations. This full-time position is central to the success of our manufacturing, transport and logistics business.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and oversee the quality control processes for all loading activities

• Lead all QC Loading

• Responsible for the running of all activities in the loading dock area

• Analyze and monitor the situation and conditions in the loading dock area at all times and understand the hidden risks of an activity

• Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to identify and address any issues or discrepancies

• Train, develop and mentor the quality control team to continuously improve standards and performance

• Liaise with operations, production and logistics teams to coordinate effective quality control procedures

• Analyse data, generate reports and make recommendations to enhance quality control systems

• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal policies

• Foster a strong quality-focused culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure that ongoing activities in the loading area are safe and follow procedures

What we’re looking for

• Min Diploma Degree (Undergraduate) from reputable university

• 3+ years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the supply chain or logistics industry

• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective quality control processes and systems

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills

• Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and develop a team

• Thorough understanding of relevant industry regulations and quality standards

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office (esp Microsoft Excel)

• Understanding about ISO 9001:2015

• Understanding about inventory & warehouse management

• Has knowledge related to safety, K3

• Willing to work in shift

• Willing to be placed at Cilegon, Banten area
