DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Finish goods finals inspection
• Lead and drives the proper implementation of in-process production process controls, incoming materials quality control (IMQC) process, and finished goods storage quality assurance
• Daily production order status checking and monitoring and collaborate with production leadership in resolving production issues that may affect delivery timelines
• Assist Deckers Production Manager in coordinating with the factory production team and Deckers Dev-com team the proper and timely execution of T4 production trials and in making sure COVA’s are available for critical processes
• Participate on tech meetings actively
• Drive and leads the factory production teams in driving the implementation of quality and productivity improvement programs
• Monitor the assigned facilities materials and FST Lab testing review and audit in coordination with Deckers lab team
• Provide on-site assistance to the ESC team in the monitoring and pushing compliance to ESC production standards
• Assist in on-site monitoring of product security compliance upon request by the Product Security team or when mandated by the company leadership
• Do other job related to quality control and quality assurance as maybe assigned by manager

QUALIFICATION

• Education & Any Certifications Required
  At least 2 years college education or footwear technical school graduate
• Year(s) of Experience & Background Required
  Minimum 2 years working experience in a reputable footwear company in either production, commercialization, development, or quality control
• Functional & Technical Competencies
  – Basic knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes
  – Good product eye and good abstract and colour recognition
  – Must have high moral integrity (non-corruptible)
  – Basic knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes
  – Basic knowledge of footwear inspection
  – Fluent in English
  – Computer literate
  – Work experiences in multinational companies will be a plus
