RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Prepare, revise, and optimize QC related documents and SOPs for the company’s quality management system.  
2. Ensure that all quality-related documents are in compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and customer requirements.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain efficient quality processes.
4. Conduct inspections and quality control activities for incoming materials, finished products, and shipment inspection control.
5. Investigate and analyze customer return complaints to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
6. Contribute to the quality aspects of product development projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and requirements.
7. Responsible for implementation of quality assurance processes, development and maintenance of control plans.
8. Generate comprehensive quality reports, including statistical analysis and cost analysis, to provide insights for management decision-making.
9. Direct quality improvement programs and provide process control throughout the organization,
10. Participate and manage internal audit team and activities to verify adherence to quality standards
11. Ensure adherence to the requirements of the IATF 16949 standard, be updated with the latest revisions and amendments to the IATF 16949 standard and ensure its implementation within the company’s QMS. 
12. Participate in both internal and external audit of IATF 16949 for the company.
13. Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to quality standards, processes and SOP implementations to drive continuous improvement.
14. Managed performance-based point system that recognizes and rewards employees based on their contributions, skills, and achievements.

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. At least Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably from reputable university and in Engineering or Engineering related.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in IATF16949 system or minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role. 
3. Familiar with the requirements of the IATF16949 system, familiar with the abnormal quality investigation and problem solving of positive electrode materials and the daily management of the quality team.
4. Proficiency in the use of five tools, 8D, Minitab.
5. Language Skills: Bahasa Indonesia and English.  
6. (Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage as the role would need to liaise with Mandarin speaking team).
7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Words.
8. Applicants must be willing to work in Kendal Industrial Park (KIK).
9. Strong thinking/problem-solving skills with a “can-do” attitude.  
10. Proactive, committed and good team player.
11. If required, applicant will undergo additional training as determined by the company to enhance their knowledge, skills, and capabilities in specific areas relevant to the role of QC Engineer.
