Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 13.000.000 - Rp 17.000.000.

As Junior Manager QA/QC will be involved in the control, monitoring, inspection, test, and supervision of electrical devices and equipment, including communications systems, power generators, and electrical distribution systems.
Job Description:
• Provides electrical engineering recommendations and technical support on electrical engineering reviews, strategic plans, and projects.
• Manage and implement quality standards and quality control systems.
• Review specifications to identify all inspections & test requirements and develop Project inspection and test plans.
• Evaluates the validity and acceptability of inspection, examination, and testing results.
• Monitoring and performs all quality inspections, tests, or measures materials, products, installations, or work for conformance to specifications on the field of project work that has been recently completed in accordance the specification approval plan.
• Provide expert advice to all stakeholders, including contractors, Project Manager, project staff, clients, and donor agencies on electrical engineering-related work where required.
• Update and maintain project documentation as required for Quality Control, job progress, and customer sign-off.
• Prepare and review detailed electrical engineering design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and scope of work reports to be included in facilities construction tender documents.
• Assists in the development, review, and approval of construction plans, including goals and objectives, work breakdown structure, detailed scope descriptions, detailed schedules, risk management approach, milestone descriptions, budgets, and staffing requirements.
• Number of team members and subordinates: ca.10 team members
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (with Electrical Engineer Background)
• 10+ years of experience as the lead engineer for corporate commercial projects
• Knowing the field of Electrical Systems.
• Professional Engineer license
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Willing to work in Gresik, Surabaya
Probation term
Fixed term (project based )contract with 1 year duration for the starter,
maximum until December 2024
There’s a chance that the project ends earlier or later as expected
Salary 13-17 Mio Gross
– Income tax borne by the Employee
– No commercial health insurance, only BPJS Kesehatan.13
