KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. Investigate (and correct) customer issues and complaints relating to quality.
2. Provide technical and statistical expertise to teams.
3. Formulate, document and maintain quality control standards and on-going quality control objectives.
4. Coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other plant managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

1. Create document and implement inspection criteria and procedures.
2. Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes.
3. Interact with vendors to ensure quality of all purchased parts
4. Create and direct environmental test functions and applications.
5. Maintain active role on internal Continuous Improvement teams.
6. Develop and implement quality control training programs.
7. Manage construction processes, plant equipment, inspection and NDE personnel certification and QMS internal audits. Developing and implementing risk-based inspection (RBI) activates and processes, using API 580 and other similar programs to develop internal standards practices.
8. Oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications and QMS requirements.

KEY AUTHORITY :

1. Authorize to review, consider or examine facts or results for accuracy, completeness, and suitability of the QC documents to be submitted to clients.
2. Control the issuance of the Supplier Mill certificates & Products Test Reports to BMI QC Department.
3. Administer the Monthly IMTE Tools for Calibration

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor degree in chemical engineering or related.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in related working experience preferred.
3. Fresh graduates are welcome.
4. Able to read and create technical drawing.
5. Able to use measurement tools.
6. Understand ISO/ASME/API standard is preferred.
7. Proficient in standard business office software. 
8. Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
9. Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
10. Having NDT MT PT Level 2 Certificate preferred.
